In order to ensure that all data relating to your identity, contact details, profile, and behavior within the ZONA AI Service, as well as data related to your personal information that can be identified directly or indirectly ("Personal Data"), is always protected when you access the ZONA AI Service and/or use the Features contained therein, developed by PT AZZAM DIGITAL NETWORK ("ZONA AI" or "We"), We are committed to protecting Personal Data as further regulated in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is a set of rules that forms an integral part of the ZONA AI Service Terms and Conditions, established as the basis for all Our activities in obtaining and collecting, processing, storing, displaying, disseminating, and destroying Personal Data within the ZONA AI Service. Capitalized definitions and terms found on the ZONA AI Service Terms and Conditions page are deemed to have the same meaning and interpretation as the terms used in this Policy, unless otherwise specified herein.

By accessing and/or using the ZONA AI Service, you have read, understood, and given your consent to ZONA AI to obtain, collect, store, manage, and use such Personal Data as stated in this Policy, and you bind yourself to all provisions of this Policy. Your Personal Data is very important to us, and you may withdraw your consent to the collection of Personal Data at any time. If you do not agree to this Policy, you are not permitted to access and/or use the ZONA AI Service.

By being subject to this Privacy Policy, you are also deemed to bind yourself to the ZONA AI Terms and Conditions and/or other relevant terms and conditions of ZONA AI products or Services (as applicable). Under no circumstances shall the invalidity of the ZONA AI Terms and Conditions and/or other relevant terms and conditions of ZONA AI products or Services cause this Privacy Policy to become invalid, void, and/or unenforceable.

Obtaining or Collecting Personal Data

1.1. When you access the ZONA AI Service or use Features contained within the ZONA AI Service, you directly or indirectly provide Personal Data to Us. For example, when you register by creating an Account on the ZONA AI Service, We will collect and store your Personal Data such as name, email address, password, and other data required for you to have access to your Account. In addition, We collect your Personal Data, among others, when you:

access the ZONA AI Service and/or use Features;
register by creating an Account on the ZONA AI Service;
respond to surveys sent by Us;
submit reviews, impressions, messages, criticisms, and/or suggestions to Us;
contact Us through the communication channels We provide;
use Features that require access permissions on your device; or
enter information relating to Personal Data in any form into the ZONA AI Service and/or Features.

1.2. The Personal Data We collect is data that you provide to Us through the means We have explained previously. Such Personal Data includes, among others:

individual data relating to your personal information including but not limited to address, telephone number, and email address;
business entity data relating to your business information, including name, address, telephone number, business entity deed, Business Entity Tax ID (NPWP), Business Identification Number (NIB), and other Operational Permits;
your responses to surveys We provide;
actual or approximate location data such as Internet Protocol address, Wi-Fi location, geo-location, and so on;
time-based data of every usage activity, including registration, login, and other activities;
your usage data and/or preferences, including your interactions in using the ZONA AI Service as well as settings selected on the ZONA AI Service;
information regarding the software and hardware you use to access the ZONA AI Service and/or use Features;
the ZONA AI Service collects and monitors specific information about your device including your hardware model, operating system and version, and user profile information to uniquely identify the device and ensure that unauthorized devices cannot act on your behalf in order to prevent fraud. We do not collect any unique device identifiers such as IMEI or serial numbers;
In connection with Our role as a Personal Data Processor, We process your End-User contact information which is specifically limited to name and phone number. This processing and/or storage of data is carried out solely for the purpose of facilitating message delivery, operationalizing the CRM Feature, and displaying communication history on the ZONA AI Service dashboard in accordance with your instructions;
log data, including records on servers that receive data such as device IP addresses, dates and times of access, Features or pages viewed on the ZONA AI Service, application processes, and other system activities;
interactions, reviews, criticisms, suggestions, and/or messages from you directed to Us, including everything expressed when you contact Us through the communication channels We provide or when We provide assistance in resolving issues arising in connection with the use of the ZONA AI Service; and/or
other matters you carry out within the ZONA AI Service and/or Features, and other data you enter into the ZONA AI Service and/or Features.

1.3. You hereby represent and warrant that the Personal Data you enter into the ZONA AI Service and/or Features is accurate, complete, correct, and based on genuine circumstances, and you are fully responsible for such Personal Data and have full authority and/or personal right to submit Personal Data to Us, including releasing Us from any civil claims or criminal charges arising from the misuse of information and/or misleading information relating to Personal Data you have entered into the ZONA AI Service and/or Features.

1.4. We reserve the right, from time to time, to request authentication, verification, and/or updating of your Personal Data so that your data and information remain accurate, complete, and up-to-date, including temporarily/permanently suspending or restricting your optimal access to certain Features if you have not carried out authentication and updating of your Personal Data.

1.5. By continuing to access the ZONA AI Service, use Features, and/or Our other services, you hereby expressly consent to Us obtaining and collecting your Personal Data as described in Articles 1.1 and 1.2 of this Policy, and this consent is given without coercion, while competent, and in a conscious state.

1.6. Specifically in the context of using the ZONA AI Service and/or Features that allow you to upload, manage, or send messages to your End-Users, Our legal position is purely as a Personal Data Processor that processes data based on your instructions. You act as the Personal Data Controller. Therefore, you are obligated and fully responsible for ensuring that you have obtained valid consent from your End-Users before processing their Personal Data through the ZONA AI Service. You release Us from any claims, demands, or fines arising from your End-Users or authorized authorities as a result of any data-processing violations you commit.

Use of Personal Data

2.1. Personal Data that We have collected and obtained will be used entirely for your interests, Ours, and/or Our partners and affiliates (including Our partners who cooperate with Us to provide ZONA AI services), in accordance with this Policy and Applicable Law in Indonesia. We may use such Personal Data, among others, to:

process your data for your needs in accessing the ZONA AI Service and/or using Features;
manage, operate, administer, and provide you with services offered on the ZONA AI Service;
contact you regarding matters related to your use and/or access to the ZONA AI Service and Features available on the ZONA AI Service;
communicate with you in connection with requests for criticism and suggestions;
inform you of interesting information, knowledge, polls, programs, or promotions;

2.2. Development of the ZONA AI Service and/or Features in order to improve Our services, including using information obtained for purposes of research, analysis, development and testing, product launches to improve your security and comfort in accessing and using the ZONA AI Service, services and/or Features, as well as developing and/or launching new services, Features, and/or products;

business, service, Feature, new product, and/or marketing strategy development;
measuring and improving the experience and satisfaction of ZONA AI Service users;
assisting you when submitting reports to Us regarding use of the ZONA AI Service through the communication channels We provide;
enforcing and applying the provisions of the ZONA AI Service Terms and Conditions of Use;
resolving complaints We receive and solving problems related to the ZONA AI Service and/or the ZONA AI Service being used; and/or
for other purposes notified to you at the time of Personal Data collection or other purposes as long as carried out in accordance with Applicable Law.

2.3. You hereby understand that use of Features within the ZONA AI Service requires a process of authentication, verification, and/or updating of your Personal Data. By continuing to access the ZONA AI Service, use Features, and/or Our other services, you hereby expressly consent to the use, utilization, and/or disclosure of your Personal Data, and state that consent to the use and disclosure of Personal Data for such purposes is given without coercion, while competent, and in a conscious state.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

3.1. We value the confidentiality of your Personal Data and are committed to not selling, renting, displaying, or distributing your Personal Data without your consent, unless otherwise specified in this Policy. We will only disclose your Personal Data to third parties with your consent.

3.2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3.1 above, by continuing to access the ZONA AI Service and use other services, Features, and/or products, you hereby directly give consent in any form to disclose your Personal Data, and you permit Us to provide access to, disclose, and transmit such Personal Data to selected third parties who assist and/or cooperate with Us in providing services, Features, and/or products for you ("Selected Third Parties"), and release Us from any losses or damages arising from the failure of Selected Third Parties to secure your Personal Data. You fully acknowledge that this consent is given without coercion, while competent, and in a conscious state.

3.3. We always make reasonable efforts to ensure that Selected Third Parties cooperating with Us implement adequate data-protection standards. Nevertheless, you understand that further processing by such Selected Third Parties will also be subject to the respective privacy policies of those entities. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of relevant third parties (such as the Meta/WhatsApp or OpenAI policies) to understand their specific terms for handling your Personal Data.

3.4. We are authorized to disclose your Personal Data to comply with court orders, other authorized authorities, or based on the provisions of Applicable Law. Furthermore, where possible and permitted under Applicable Law, We will send you a notification in the event We disclose your Personal Data. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3.1 above, by continuing to access the ZONA AI Service and use Features or Our other services, you hereby directly give consent in any form to disclose your Personal Data, and you permit Us to provide access to, disclose, and transmit such Personal Data to authorized authorities in Indonesia.

3.5. You understand and agree that in developing the ZONA AI Service, We may use and share your data and information that does not individually identify you, including for processing, development, and collaboration with Selected Third Parties or other third parties. We value your privacy, so the data and information We may use and share is aggregate data as a whole without individually identifying you.

3.6. For the purposes of providing and operating the ZONA AI Service (including but not limited to processing through integrations with ZONA AI Partners such as the Meta/WhatsApp system and OpenAI technology), the Personal Data collected may be transferred, transmitted, stored, and/or processed on servers or by third parties located outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In carrying out such cross-border transfers, We always strive to ensure that the country or third party receiving the Personal Data has a level of Personal Data protection that is equivalent to, higher than, or at least provides adequate protection as required by Applicable Law in Indonesia.

Use of Cookies and Third-Party Services

4.1. Cookies are text files placed on your computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to help Us improve your convenience in accessing Our ZONA AI Service.

4.2. Cookies will record your Personal Data such as data you enter into the ZONA AI Service. For example, if you create an account within the ZONA AI Service, cookies will help Us remember Personal Data specific to your next visit. When you return to access the ZONA AI Service, the Personal Data you previously provided will be displayed again, so enabling cookies will make it easier for you to access the ZONA AI Service.

4.3. You may set your browser to disable cookies in part or in whole; however, if you disable cookies entirely (including essential cookies), you may not be able to access all or part of the ZONA AI Service and/or Features.

4.5. We reserve the right to use third-party services to analyze Personal Data for Us, such as Google Analytics and other third-party services aimed at developing the ZONA AI Service and Features. Such third-party services include, among others, the collection of data from your visits and activities while accessing the ZONA AI Service and using Features.

5.1. You may submit questions, criticisms and suggestions, complaints, or grievances relating to Personal Data by contacting Us via email at support@zonaai.space . All correspondence between you and Us may be recorded by Us for Our purposes.

5.2. To respond to your questions or complaints, We will first carry out verification of your data. We reserve the right to refuse to process your questions or complaints if the data you provide does not match the data on Our system.

5.3. We will make Our best efforts to help you resolve any issues you experience. In order for Us to improve Our services, every correspondence between you and Us may be recorded by Us.

5.4. You hereby state that you understand that the submission of questions, criticisms and suggestions, complaints, or grievances relating to Personal Data may only be made via email to support@zonaai.space , and cannot be made by telephone, email to a different email address, and/or through any form of social media. Therefore, you release Us from any civil claims or criminal charges arising from your failure and/or negligence in submitting questions, criticisms and suggestions, complaints, or grievances relating to Personal Data as regulated in this Policy.
